Paula H. Harvey HR Professional of the Year
Paula Harvey served as President of UCHRA in 2010. Her namesake award was established in 2015 by Paula's family to honor a UCHRA member's contribution to the HR profession.
The award is given to an HR Professional who demonstrates the following:
- Service to the HR Community (State Council, SHRM Chapters, etc)
- Service to the HR profession
- Leadership and civic service to the business community
How to Submit a Nomination:
The nomination form is located in the UCHRA Member Portal. Please log in to your membership account to access and submit the form.
Helpful tips for submitting a nomination: We encourage you to provide additional supporting documents (such as a resume or bio) to [email protected] immediately following the submission as a PDF. Submission of several reference letters if possible is suggested, as this helps us to learn more about your nominee from those who know them best.
The winner receives a trophy, and a $250 donation to a charity selected by the honoree. Their name is also submitted for an appropriate SHRM NC award presented at the state conference. For more information, please contact [email protected].
